Gymnasts are selected for these groups from our Gymnastics For All programme.
Development Squads
For gymnasts under the age of 8 years who show potential to compete in Regional Gymnastics For All Competitions. Gymnasts in this group train twice per week. Gymnasts have the opportunity to progress to the General Squad.
Elementry + Novice Squads
For gymnasts out of our GFA Recreational Programme, who we think show potential and want to compete, in County Gymnastics For All Competitions as well as local inter-club competitions. Gymnasts in these groups train once a week. gymnasts have the opportunity to progress into the General Squad.
General and Advanced Squads
For gymnasts aged 7 years plus who show potential to compete in Regional Gymnastics For All Competitions. Gymnasts train twice per week.
