Flip Back To Action
After a very long lockdown where we had to sadly close our doors for 3 months we are finally back up and running and we couldn’t be happier!! Our first week back has been everything we have been waiting for, it has been jam packed with fun holiday clubs, gymnastics classes running as normal and some private choreography sessions took place with some of our gymnasts learning new sassy dance moves around the floor.
We are delighted to be back where we belong and we wanted to share with everyone our first week back in our second home. We had some very excited gymnasts walking through our doors last week with huge smiles on their face so happy to be seeing their gym friends and of course their coaches! We couldn’t do this without our gymnasts being the superstars they are working hard and sticking to our rules inside the gym to keep everyone safe. Of course, without our fabulous coaches we couldn’t deliver such exciting classes so a big thank you to them too!
Everyone is very happy to be in the gym and not on zoom – although zoom did get us through the three months of not seeing each other, it’s just not the same as seeing our friends in person. We are straight back into learning new skills, perfecting those we may have not done in a long time and building our core strength through various conditioning exercises!
